The Actor John Turturro was photographed on the roof of his brownstone in brooklyn on my polaroid camera 180 model using positive and negative polaroid film that i could make a darkroom print from. That summer day was hot and John lived up on the 5th floor so he like any new yorker, put the front door key in a sock and tosssed it down from his window to let myself up , this was such a new yawk moment
